Translating a trader's platform into a website

Building Oneclick: crafting an online presence for Nelogica's new platform

OneClick emerges as a pivotal innovation in asset trading, tailored to the requirements of desk traders managing significant account volumes. Positioned as a platform targeting professional investors, OneClick not only streamlines institutional desk trading operations but also emerges as a standout offering within Nelogica's extensive product range.

This endeavour was fuelled by an intrinsic need: to develop a website commensurate with the product's excellence, mirroring Nelogica's values and innovative spirit.

Solving the Challenge: differentiating similar products for professional investors

Before anything else, we needed to create a new style guide that aligned with the website's requirements while adhering to the brand identity established by the marketing team.

For this task, our team considered accessibility and contrast principles to establish typography, font weight, colours, and references to follow for this project.

Navigating Complexity: overcoming technical and content challenges

One of the most intriguing content challenges was translating the complexity and subjectivity of the financial universe into a coherent visual language.

Additionally, the development team required maintaining similarity to other Nelogica products for the architecture and website structure

Speed and Precision: meeting infrastructure demands for Oneclick's Website launch

Once the Oneclick platform was ready to launch, our deadlines for the website became shorter. Therefore, during the two months leading up to the Oneclick website launch, we focused on fast decision-making and enhanced team collaboration and communication.

Strategic Solutions: resolving business challenges in product differentiation

In tackling this challenge, we focused our efforts on highlighting crucial attributes of the platform, emphasising the agility in operational response time, the notable reduction of errors, and the exceptional performance provided by OneClick.

The sales team required differentiation between similar products, as Nelogica offers two products with slight differences: one robust version called Algotools and another lighter version, Oneclick. Competition between these two products could confuse users and potentially lead to decreased sales for both.

User-Centric Design: addressing specialists' needs in Oneclick's development

In this project, our main target for this website was to communicate with professional investors, banks, and exchanges—the actual users of the Oneclick platform.

Therefore, our website needed to speak the same language as its users. For example, understanding which factors were most important when deciding to use a platform for trading high account volumes. To obtain these answers, we created multiple solution versions for discussions with users and specialists.

From Concept to Reality: unveiling Oneclick's impactful journey

The most visible impact of having a website for the Oneclick platform was establishing an online presence for the product. Nelogica aimed for the website to serve as the digital storefront, providing a central hub where customers could learn about offerings, engage with the brand, and make purchases 24/7.

Furthermore, by offering resources such as knowledge bases and contact forms, they could address customer queries promptly and foster positive relationships. Additionally, features like live chat or chatbots could further enhance engagement and support.

Ultimately, the main impact was customer acquisition, attracting new customers through various channels including search engines (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising.

Oneclick: collaborative work as a tool for success

The success of this project, made possible by the synergy between the Marketing, Sales, and Development teams, resulted in the creation of a website that incorporates fundamental design principles. Focusing on usability, contrast, and responsive layouts, the goal was to provide users with an intuitive experience while conveying technical credibility.

This outcome represents not only an achievement in design but also reinforces our team's commitment to delivering distinct and reliable solutions in the financial landscape.
